PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “CREDIT EUROPE BANK” (the “Bank”), being both the beneficiary under insurance contracts (except personal insurance agreements), abiding by the mentioned status set out in article 10 of the Law of Ukraine “On pledge”, article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On mortgage”, articles 3 and 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On insurance”, and likewise the lender under consumer lending agreements, pursuant to section 2, article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On consumer rights protection”, to minimize risk exposure of borrowers and to calculate rough total cost of a loan and fees for drawing up an agreement and loan disbursement, including such associated expenses as insurance expenses, brings to the attention of its customers the list of insurance companies, which documents of incorporation, licenses and insurance expenses have been examined and verified by the beneficiary including with regard to solvency and compliance with the law.
