New SEP generation transition

Please be informed that on April 1, 2023, JSC "CREDIT EUROPE BANK" will finalize the transition to new generation of the NBU electronic payment system (SEP-4.0), which was developed by the National Bank of Ukraine on the basis of the international standard ISO 20022. From April 1, 2023, all interbank payment operations will be executed solely through the new generation of SEP-4.0.

Transition to a new generation of SEP, a formalized model for providing financial services, which is an EU standard, will work in Ukraine. This will increase the quality and efficiency of the exchange of financial messages due to their structuring.

The introduction of new tools and capabilities will make it possible to expand the functionality of the SEP and harmonize its work with EU standards.

In this regard, we advise all customers to complete all important payments and transactions by 18:00 on March 31, 2023. After the transition to SEP 4.0 within the entire banking system of Ukraine a certain transition period of stabilization is expected.

The transition to a new generation of SEP is a complex and complicated technological process, as a result remote banking service system iFOBS may be unavailable until the completion of the SEP-4.0 transition regulatory work.
